Touring Shows

Assault specialise in creating high quality accessible performance work for small scale touring. All touring shows involve a collaboration between dance, music, theatre, design and new writing.

Performance Events

As well as producing touring shows, Assault Events also specialise in creating performance events for festivals, commissions, site specific projects, or alternative performance environments. Assault has previously produced work for theatre, fashion shows, music gigs, film and video work, outdoor events, galleries, café- bars and clubs.

Current Show

wobbleposter These boys WOBBLE and they do fall down. And jump. And slide. And bounce. And wriggle! WOBBLE has been created especially for the 2-4 age group with a little help from our small friends at Little Treasures Day Nursery in Limavady, Northern Ireland.

WOBBLE is a unique dance theatre piece that promises to enchant, surprise and delight very young audiences. Wobble is a co-production between Assault Events and Replay Theatre Company.

Assault performance combines contemporary dance and music in collaboration with theatre, new writing and design to create accessible, innovative dance theatre events.

Since we started in 1996, we have developed unique approaches to producing creative work. Innovative collaboration, accessibility and excellence are at the heart of all Assault performance events. Our innovative collaborative style has set our work apart from other companies, giving us a reputation for performance events that are both high quality and accessible. For each production we carefully put together a team of specialists from different artistic disciplines who work collaboratively to share their skills, knowledge and creativity to devise an original show.

Club Events

Theatrical music and dance performances designed specifically for the club environment. Club Events take a variety of forms; site specific installations within the club or stage performances programmed into the evenings events. Music and dance is performed live. One of the tracks used in an Assault club event Dirty is included on a compilation CD Female of The Species Law & Auder, 1999.
